Remote Learning

Date: 15th Jan 2021 @ 11:31am

The children have been working super hard over the past couple of weeks, whilst working remotely. Despite the challenges - they have produced some absolutely fabulous work! In maths we have been looking at dividing fractions and recapping adding, subtracting and multiplying them too. The children have even worked together, on zoom, to tackle some tricky reasoning questions (they have absolutely smashed it!)

In literacy, we have been looking at balanced arguments linked with our class novel 'Trash' and discussing whether education is necessary for dumpsite children. We have worked on building up to a whole piece of writing, which the children completed yesterday and I am astounded at the quality of work that has been produced! What absolute superstars!

Please see some of the online work attached below.

We also had lots of fun playing 'knock out' in maths - who had the fastest finger? It was VERY competitive!

Well done, year 6 I am so proud of you. Keep up the fantastic work!
