Manchester Cathedral Trip

In RE, the children have been learning about sacred places (mosque, church, synagogue) so we visited Manchester Cathedral. The children were AMAZING! They were so interested in the features of the cathedral and could remember lots about what they had learnt, e.g. what a font is used for, the significance of stained glass windows, statues and candles. Also, they asked so many questions about things, which showed their eagerness to learn more.

A huge thank you to our 3 parent helpers- it really made the trip run smoothly.
