The children have come back in great spirits and ready to learn. In English, we have started reading the classic Dogger. The children have written great descriptions of Dogger, using adjectives. We have started learning about Great Explorers in English, specifically Ranulph Fiennes, who is the oldest person to reach the summit of Mount Everest, and Amy Johnson, who was the first woman to fly solo from London to Australlia. In PE, we have started to learn the basic skills of playing dodgeball. We have been working on our throwing and aiming skills.
