Spring 2- Week 4

It has been so nice to get outside and enjoy the warmer weather this week. We have been extremely busy (as always)! In English, we have finished reading Dogger; the children were thrilled that Dave finally got him back! In maths, we have begun to explore length and height as well as capacity. In art, the children have explored different artists, completed blind drawing (where they have cardboard over their pen so they can't see their page), done some 'draw what you see' activities where we stop a video at a certain part and they draw what they see, and they have experimented drawing different feathers. Next week, the children will design and make their own 3D birds. In PE, we have continued to learn the basic skills needed for dodgeball.
